Information you provide to us is subject to our term and conditions. Your information will only be used by us for the services as agreed to in our terms and conditions. We will not sell or provide your information to any third party not directly involved with providing our Services. As part of our Services, we may need to provide you with certain communications. Some of these communications are considered part of the Services for your account, which you may not be able to opt-out from receiving and some of the communications are optional and can be discontinued at any time.

MyPaydayPlan utilizes its own proprietary software and operations staff to perform all payment processing. Our systems and software design meet or exceed Federal Regulation E standards and the National Automated Clearing House Association’s (NACHA) rules and regulations. MyPaydayPlan systems meet or exceed Section 352 of the USA Patriot Act regarding money laundering and comply with the Bank Secrecy Act, which is required by the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network ("FinCEN").

Additionally, MyPaydayPlan complies with the Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act of 2003 (FACT Act Policy) pertaining to ID Theft and Disposal of Customer information and with the Fair Debt Collections and Practices Act (as amended Sept. 30, 1996). We train all employees regarding Information Security and Privacy procedures and we enforce employee compliance with these policies.

The Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) rules and regulations are also followed, as well as the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act regarding the non-disclosure of non-public information.
